To give you a quick recap, the last few months have been filled with a lot of traveling and events. Amid the busyness that comes with the off-season, I’m really grateful for the quality time I’ve been able to spend with Caitlin, Asher and other family members and friends.
Caitlin and I got to spend some time in Jamaica, attend the NFLPA Conference in Las Vegas, hike the Appalachian Trial and tour the West Wing of the White House, just to name a few. While it’s great to get out and explore, I’ve been diligent in prioritizing my training.
For every game won, it is a direct result of the time and effort my teammates and I put in when no one is watching. In order to achieve my full potential, I choose to train at ETS Performance alongside Ryan Englebert. Together we set goals and put plans in place to make sure I’m constantly improving and staying on track to help the Viking’s win. While season may still seem far away, you can be sure I’m still training like it starts tomorrow.
Knowing family and training is keeping me busy, I’ll do my best in keeping you updated.
